Set-up charges are $25.00. Each additional color is $0.45 and each additional location is $0.45 for domestic orders.
Shipping Not included in the bag price. Delivery will be by ground transportation unless specified in writing by the customer. Delivery date refers to the date the item is available for shipping from our plant. We assume no responsibility or liability for carrier delays.
Repeat Orders No repeat set-up charges. Please include previous purchase order or invoice number for easy reference.
Lead Times Domestic Imprinted Please allow 2 weeks for shipping from date of artwork approval on all domestic orders.
Lead times Imported Imprinted Please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery from date of artwork approval on all imported orders.
Terms Net 30 days on established accounts. All accounts without credit approval or on a first time basis will be referred to our credit department. A 50% deposit is often required on order placement with the balance due on or before delivery (Debco to advise). Our credit department will advise whether payment in a guaranteed form is required (certified cheque/bank draft). VISA is accepted as a form of payment. All NSF cheques are subject to a service charge.
Limitations of Liability Debco Bag’s liability for economic, property damage, or personal liability arising from the sale, shipment, storage handling or use of the goods, whether based on alleged negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the amount paid by the customer for the goods causing such damage. In no event will Debco Bag be liable for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of use or lost profits), or for any damages suffered by any third party.
